A joint initiative of: Sandbag, together with Transition

Town Sandgate, Sandgate PCYC Community Garden

 and Brisbane City Council.

We invite any people who are interested in forming a community garden group in your local area, with a suggested venue of Hutchison Park, Railway Parade, Shorncliffe.

We are letterboxing the local area to see if there is sufficient interest in starting a garden that would be similar to those in place at Sandgate PCYC and Nashville State School.

There will be some advice and assistance coming from existing community gardens, but not a lot in the way of material help.

This is an opportunity for you to use the   intellectual and material resources in your own neighbourhood to do something good for you and your kids……..Interested?
